Study Request for Patients with high cholesterol

We would like to invite individuals to join us in upcoming one-to-one interviews and focus groups. Our study is examining care in patients diagnosed with high cholesterol. We would like to understand your views on what are barriers and things that help you receive medical care for high cholesterol, including tests ordered by your GP or hospital. Our study is funded by the NHS Race & Health Observatory. 
 
Eligibility:  Adults aged over 18 years, From any minority ethnic background  & Individuals with high cholesterol who have been referred to a specialist clinic (for example a hospital lipid or cholesterol clinic) 
  
Aim: To understand how we diagnose and treat people with high cholesterol from different ethnic groups, and how we can improve medical care. 
 
Data collection: Online Interview and/or focus group should take between 45 minutes to 1 hour each 
 
Benefits: Participants will receive an online Tesco voucher (£20) for each participation event.
